Salad of lobster, avocado and coriander cream, sweet tomato gelée, and vinaigrette of tamarind.

Artichokes, small lobsters and grilled Vieira scallops, sweet corn cream, beetroot and pistachio oil.

Sticky rice with partridge, baby beans, and thyme aioli.

Crispy suckling pig roasted at low temperature, sautéed cauliflower and  thin green peppers, citrus compote of reineta apple, pear, prunes and Moscatel sweet wine
